How can I book a service?
You can book a service directly through our website or mobile app. Simply select your required service, choose a date and time, and confirm your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Are your cleaners background-checked and trained?
Yes, all Sparkle staff undergo thorough background checks and are professionally trained to ensure safety, quality, and reliability.
What if I am not satisfied with the service?
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. Sparkle will make reasonable efforts to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
How can I pay for a service?
Payments can be made online via the website or app, or in cash/card at the time of service completion. Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed.
Do you provide services outside of the listed cities?
Currently, Sparkle services are available in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi. We may expand to additional cities in the future.
Can I request additional tasks during a service?
Yes, additional tasks can be requested. Extra charges may apply depending on the nature of the service.

Yes, Sparkle uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both children and pets. Customers can also provide specific products if preferred.
What if my property has fragile or valuable items?
Customers should ensure fragile or high-value items are safely stored. Sparkle staff take care, but the company is not liable for pre-existing or undisclosed damage.
Can I schedule recurring cleaning services?
Yes, Sparkle offers weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring services for homes and offices. Recurring bookings can be managed via the website or app.
Do you offer deep cleaning services?
